Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing preference, fit, or change of mind.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a verified manufacturing defect, you must contact us at info@confracted.co within a reasonable time after delivery and receive approval before returning the item (please show as many pictures as you see fit to communicate the defect(s)).

Returned items must be:

● In the same condition as received

● Unworn, unwashed, and unused

● Returned with original packaging included

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving any resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved defect-based returns are handled case by case and may be resolved through:

● Replacement item

● Store credit

● Refund to the original payment method

The final resolution is determined after inspection and review.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
